Looking for Executive Assistant with Xero software experience

Duties:
-Work beside a company's CEO helping in day to day operations
Do phone calls
Help client with accounts payable data entry into Xero and Worflow Max
Request invoice to client's contractors
Looking for someone who is fast learner and can show initiatives with good attitude
Business goal is to scale 25,000,000 per year

Qualifications
-Must have experience with Xero
-Experience with Workflow Max Job Management software is a plus
-Proven track record as an Executive Assistant for at least 1 year
-Has an existing home office set up (equipments are not provided)
-Background in management is preferred
-Knowledge in building and construction industry is a plus
-Can work within 5am-5pm PHT
