Forex Trading Sales Agent - REQUIRED: Forex trading + Sales/BPO Experience

I am looking for well experienced forex trader with a background in sales/bpo and people skills!

Do you know how to keep every conversation going? Do you know the ins and outs about forex? Do you like to be part of a team and work hard? and do you know how to tell people exactly what they need to hear?

Then I am looking for you!

What are you going to do?

Everyday we get hundreds of messages from people who wants to join our premium trading group, it will be your job to guide them as good as possible so they will take our premium service. I have a script to work with but the chats need to be human, good of quality and need to inspire and help people as much as possible. Your task will be to make sure that every client gets the very best experience through our chats.


Workdays on Weekday shifts:

Monday - Friday from:
- Morning shift 8:00 - 17:00 Amsterdam time
- Evening Shift 14:00 - 23:00 Amsterdam time

Workdays Midweek shift:
Midweek 1: Sunday till Thursday,
Sunday - Thursday 12:00 - 21:00

Midweek 2: Tuesday till Saturday,
Tu - Fri 14:00 - 23:00, Saturday 12:00 - 21:00


Requirements:
- BPO background PRE
- Fully mastered the English language in speaking and writing. (Please don't apply if you can't text in English perfectly)
- Know how to trade, manage trades, how brokers work, how to speak the forex language.
- Sales experience is really important psychological part in chat while doing conversations
- Creative, verbally strong and smart in the way of selling what we do without actually saying it.
- Google docs, Word, Excel Experience
- Tell me in your application 1 story about how you solved a problem efficiently
- Administrative and structured
- Team player and eager to learn
- Great communication skills
- Problem solver
- able to handle criticism
- willing to start immediately
