Are you a proactive and creative individual with a passion for marketing and sales? I am seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Assistant to join my team on a part-time basis. I need someone with knowledge of LinkedIn, Cold Emailing, Cold Calling and more. You see I am struggling to implement a consistant game plan that with time will increase revenue for my janitorial company.

Responsibilities will include:

Publishing to LinkedIn, Articles: Assist in publishing well-written articles on our LinkedIn page to showcase industry expertise and attract potential clients.

Publishing to LinkedIn, Videos: Assist in publishing videos I create to our LinkedIn page to showcase knowledge and my company.

Engaging with Followers: Build trust and relationships with our LinkedIn followers by actively engaging with their content, liking, and commenting.

Target Market Connections: Connect with 25 direct target markets each week to expand our network and reach potential leads.

Sales Letters Setup: Prepare and set up quarterly sales letters, including compiling mailing addresses and coordinating mailings.

Direct Mail Campaigns: Map out areas by postal code and set up monthly direct mail campaigns to targeted audiences.

Cold Email Campaigns: Execute cold email campaigns using our templates, analyze campaign performance, and make adjustments for optimization.

Janitorial News Posts: Share relevant janitorial industry news articles on LinkedIn to showcase our expertise and stay connected with industry trends.

Requirements:

Excellent writing and communication skills
Proficiency in LinkedIn publishing and engagement
Ability to research and connect with target markets effectively
Experience with email marketing and campaign analysis
Organizational skills for managing mailings and addresses
