JOB OVERVIEW

Kleros (see our whitepaper Upgrade to see actual info) is a blockchain protocol for online dispute resolution (also known as a subjective Oracle).
As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will work on bringing talents to the Kleros project and the Kleros ecosystem. The main focus will be bringing talents to the Kleros team and to projects built on top of Kleros, but will also include bringing early stage founders of projects using Kleros into the bootcamp/incubator program when those are running.

**What Will You Do?**
* Collaborate with hiring managers in order to define and write employment or contract offers.
* Publish offers in different hiring platforms depending on the position type and urgency.
* Participate in recruiting events to seek for talents.
* Handle the initial screen of candidates (answer to anti spam question, availability for the position, absence of obvious red flags).
* Collaborate with the hiring managers in setting up the interview structure.
* Conduct the first interviews.
* Select promising candidates and give paid exercises.
* Handle the exercise related interactions with the candidates (questions, provision of required digital resources).
* Coordinate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers grading the exercises.
* Organise panel interviews with candidates succeeding in the exercises.
* Report on the state of recruitment processes.
* Set up processes for admission to Kleros bootcamp/incubator.
* Advertise those programs and find interesting projects which could benefit from those.
* Handle the applications and admissions of those projects.

**Required qualifications**
- Interest in blockchain and blockchain culture.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiatives.
- Ability to source and select candidates.

**Desired qualifications**
- A previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or human resources.
- A previous experience in crypto.
- Degree (or other kind of formation) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration or related field.

**Perks**
- In addition to the base compensation, you'll get tokens for you to have a stake in the project.
- The token allocation per year is a vesting labelled in tokens (so it may be worth more or less depending of the token price) worth approximatively 50% of the base compensation. It is a vesting over 3 years with 1 year cliff (you need to stay at least 1 year to get your tokens).
- We are a cooperative, so as a worker you own part of the company and get voting rights.
