Operations Specialist - BDSM Industry

As a Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting me, the Marketing Director, in various tasks aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and adept at multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

Activity 1: Safety (ETA 2 hour per day)
- Connect with people on LinkedIn to grow my friends list
- Apply to specific jobs on my behalf using my own process (SOP)

Activity 2: Relationships building (ETA 2 hour per day)
- Build relationships with 100 people from a list on my behalf

Activity 3: Research (ETA 2 hour per day)
- Conduct proper research on various subjects / topics
- Document all the information we need and present it our our daily calls

Activity 4: Reporting (ETA 1 hour per day)
- Jump on zoom calls and discuss progress for each activity, see how we can improve together so we grow.

Benefits:
- Fixed salary of $900 per month, paid via Wise.
- 13-month payment bonus in December.
- Automatic salary increase after 3 months probation if you manage to perform within KPI.
