QUALITY CONTROLLER | HUNGRY LION TO HIT THE 100k/mo.

Hello!
We are looking for an experienced quality controller, who is looking for perspective to earn a lot by the end of this year.

We are looking for a reliable and responsible person to support our appreciative and supportive team.
The goal will be, to help you increase your professional skills to be able to get paid 100k+ monthly by the end of this year.
? Fulltime commitment expected. We expect much and we give much back in return.
- Salary paid punctually

Responsibilities:
- Making sure that our sales team is working according to our sales-system and document and report this to the upper management.
- You will guide our sales team to success and make sure that they follow our internal systems properly.
- Monitoring the sales team
- Assessment to the salesteam

Experience:
- Experience in Quality Control needed
- Sales experience is a bonus but no must

Salary:
1st Month: $3/h (+ Generous Bonus if you're a fast learner)
2nd Month: $4/h (+ Generous Bonus if you're a fast learner)
3rd Month: $5/h (+ Generous Bonus if you're a fast learner)
4th Month: Negotiable depending on performance

Perspective:
??+ Possibility for an additional sales commission on satisfying pro-active performance. ??

Workload:
7 days a week (further notice off days will be granted)
8h a day.
