As we embark on our next growth phase, we seek a motivated Business Development Representative in the Philippines to help us expand our client base and secure new contracts.

Role Summary:
You will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities, focusing on expanding our clientele for healthcare staffing services. Your main goal is to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals, contributing directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to identify potential clients within the healthcare industry.
Conduct outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to introduce our services and set up meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their staffing needs and how our services can meet those needs.
Negotiate terms and close contracts with new clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop materials and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Provide feedback from the market to help shape service offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the healthcare sector or staffing industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and drive results.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with a knack for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Comfortable with remote work and using technology to stay connected with the team and clients.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary of $150 USD per month, plus an attractive commission structure: you will receive a commission of $50 USD for each new client contract signed, designed to generously reward your direct contribution to our growth. Further details of the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
