JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our growing business.

We are looking for an experienced GHL funnel builder to help build out and manage our CRM.

Responsibilities:
- Website/funnel building,
- CRM and pipeline management
- Create Forms and Survey
- Landing page Creation (for lead generation forms)
- Funnel building
- Setup your Twilio account for SMS
- Use Zippier for easy automation from other application to GHL
- Managing Booking Calendar and sync to Google Calendar
- Managing Pipelines
- Setting up Campaigns for email and SMS
- Creating Forms and Survey
- Working on Workflows and Automation
- Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative support experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong internet connection and reliable computer
