Hey Guys!


We are looking for an experienced ecommerce support / store manager to join our growing team! The job is work from home, pays in $USD, and will be hourly + bonuses.

The Role:


Revitalize Supply (Upgrade to see actual info) is a durable medical equipment retailer in the United States. We sell everything from mobility scooters to wheelchairs and patient care items. As the customer support manager for the store, you will serve as our main point of contact for potential & existing customers.


This role will receive a base salary of $7-10/hour depending on experience + a bonus depending on profits generated and sales closed. You will be required to work US hours in this role as you will be speaking to US persons.


Fluent/native English is a must as you'll often be speaking to more elderly customers. Follow up is really important here and this will be a sales role as much as it is support! Plenty of opportunities to close sales and make an impact on the business.


You will primarily be working in Shopify to process orders, answer customer questions, and serve as a middleman between our store suppliers and customers. CRM knowledge is a plus as that's how we will follow up with potential buyers!

Revitalize Supply aims to profit from the growing boomer demographic in the United States. As people age more and more, medical equipment will be needed to serve them.


We sell a wide variety of medical equipment and you'll be required to have a basic understanding of each and how they work. Much of your free time can be spent reviewing and understanding our products. We want you to be an expert in everything we sell!


Primary Responsibilities:
Answer customer support inquiries for new & existing customers
Sales outreach to abandon carts & chat leads
Supplier outreach to get new brands & products on the store
Order fulfillment
Chargeback fighting


Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English skills
Previous ecommerce experience
Shopify knowledge


Not Requirements, But a Plus:
Knowledge of the following softwares: Pipedrive, Slack, Shopify
