Description
Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including developers, engineers, system administrators, and support staff.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates.
Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding processes.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Support HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Conduct recruitment for non-IT positions, as needed.
Undertake additional HR projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
Has 2 years of HR experience with a focus on IT recruitment and has strong understanding in technical positions.
Preferably with US-based company experience.
Proven experience in handling full HR tasks, including employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Must be residing in the Philippines.
