Job Description:
We are in search of a Senior SEO Specialist with a comprehensive background in all aspects of SEO, including on-page optimization, keyword research, link building, local SEO, and proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, ranging from 5 to 10 years in most areas of SEO, and 1 to 2 years of proficiency in utilizing SEO analytics tools. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and ensuring our websites rank highly across search engines.

Major Functions:
On-Page SEO: Meticulous optimization of content, meta tags, images, and other on-page elements to prime our websites for search engine success.
Keyword Research: Conducting extensive keyword research to identify impactful terms that resonate with our target audience, ensuring our content strategy aligns with user intent.
Link Building: Developing high-quality links from authoritative websites through skilled outreach, networking, and content creation, thus improving our domain authority and search rankings.
Content Creation & Technical Writing: Generating high-quality blogs, relevant, and engaging content that aligns with user intent and satisfies search queries, essential for SEO and user engagement.
Local SEO: Optimizing for local search queries and crafting location-specific content, vital for our physical store locations to attract local customers.
Analytics Proficiency: Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to analyze data and refine SEO strategies, ensuring we effectively measure and react to our campaign successes.

Required Skills:
5-10 years of experience in On-Page SEO, Keyword Research, Link Building, Content Creation, and Local SEO.
1-2 years of experience with Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
Proficient in English with excellent technical writing capabilities.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide daily updates.
Reliable internet connection.

Availability:
This position offers flexible hours, expecting 6-8 hours of work per day, with the potential for more depending on the workload. Candidates must maintain detailed documentation of their work hours, including start and end times and clear communication about this. Also we will provide a tool, which helps track the working time.

Expectations:
Candidates should have their own laptop and phone to effectively carry out their SEO tasks which they have created a plan for, where we can also track the progress which is made. A commitment to meticulous documentation of work hours and SEO results is required.

Working Conditions/Salary:
The starting salary is $500 per month for 8 hours of work per day, with opportunities for rapid advancement based on performance.
