STR Secrets is an online education company that was founded in 2019 Upgrade to see actual info and has helped over 600 current and aspiring real estate investors achieve their goals through short term rentals (like airbnb). What we teach has drastically changed our lives and it’s our mission to help others create and live their life by design. We know that with the right person leading our marketing efforts that we can reach and change the lives of hundreds of thousands. Short term rentals and real estate is the focus right now. But our vision and impact is much greater than our current niche and our future is bright!

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our visual branding efforts across various digital platforms. As a Graphic Designer at Short-Term Rental Secrets, you will be responsible for creating captivating and impactful designs for organic social channels (e.g. YouTube thumbnails, IG/FB in-feed & Stories visuals), paid ads (e.g. static & light video/animation) lead magnets (e.g. infographics, one pagers), landing pages (e.g. ClickFunnels/Hubspot templates), webinar materials (e.g. slide templates),email graphics, and event collateral (e.g. banners, handouts, step-and-repeats). . You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement with our target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team and CEO to understand project objectives and design requirements.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for g. YouTube thumbnails, IG/FB in-feed & Stories visuals), paid ads (e.g. static & light video/animation) lead magnets (e.g. infographics, one pagers), landing pages (e.g. ClickFunnels/Hubspot templates), webinar materials (e.g. slide templates),email graphics, and event collateral (e.g. banners, handouts, step-and-repeats)
- Develop innovative and creative concepts for various digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions to enhance design concepts and strategies.
- Collaborate with external vendors or agencies as needed for specialized design projects.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Prior experience designing for digital marketing channels (YouTube, social media, email, etc.) is a must..
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.

BACKGROUND:
We are testing paid ads on Facebook & IG for the first time to support the launch of a new funnel designed to get prospects to book a call and learn more about our 7 Figure Boardroom Mastermind. The Boardroom is an intimate Hotel Mastermind and Coaching Program. We help our clients invest in their first or next hotel. The group currently consists of 30 investors and our goal is to grow it to 100



- PROMPT (TWO PARTS):
Review our current brand guidelines and design 2-3 ads that we can test on FB/IG, representing a mix of formats (e.g. static, carousel, GIF, etc) to drive traffic to this first page in the funnel. Don't worry about getting brand-specific messaging or imagery exactly right -- this is for illustrative purposes only to give us a feel for how you would approach the design process.
Additionally, share any design recommendations/feedback you have for this funnel. No need to redesign this part -- a written or recorded (via Loom) walk-through of your thoughts is great.
