Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our visual branding efforts across various digital platforms. As a Graphic Designer at Short-Term Rental Secrets, you will be responsible for creating captivating and impactful designs for organic social channels (e.g. YouTube thumbnails, IG/FB in-feed & Stories visuals), paid ads (e.g. static & light video/animation) lead magnets (e.g. infographics, one pagers), landing pages (e.g. ClickFunnels/Hubspot templates), webinar materials (e.g. slide templates)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team and CEO to understand project objectives and design requirements.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for g. YouTube thumbnails, IG/FB in-feed & Stories visuals), paid ads (e.g. static & light video/animation) lead magnets (e.g. infographics, one pagers), landing pages (e.g. ClickFunnels/Hubspot templates), webinar materials (e.g. slide templates)
- Develop innovative and creative concepts for various digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions to enhance design concepts and strategies.
- Collaborate with external vendors or agencies as needed for specialized design projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
