Senior Financial Controller for U.S. Company

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic Series A SaaS company, seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Analyst to manage our bookkeeping, financial forecasting, and billing operations.

Location: Global remote

Summary: Please only apply if you have technical experience setting up billing systems for a saas company from scratch and finance/accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all bookkeeping. Quickbooks expertise is required.
Process Development: Establish and optimize billing processes tailored to our SaaS business model.
Team Management: Coordinate and manage teams responsible for billing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing billing inquiries and issues with professionalism and promptness.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize and manage subscription management tools such as Ordway, Salesforce (SFDC), and Zuora. Implement and oversee technical solutions for billing operations.
Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions within the team and with customers.
Finance experience: Must have accounting, finance, and billing operations.
Prior HR experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in billing operations within a SaaS environment in the U.S.
Strong technical background, particularly in implementing and managing subscription management tools (Ordway, Salesforce, Zuora, Quickbooks).
Experience in building and organizing teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance/billing operations in a SaaS company.

Salary:

The average salary for a finance/billing operations expert in the Philippines is approximately PHP 169,662 - PHP 282,770 / month, depending on experience and qualifications.
