Duties and responsibilities include:

Handle travel inquiries originating from email & phone calls.
Create travel itineraries in Spain, Morocco and Portugal
Coordinate guides and drivers, taking care of all scheduling (using WhatsApp)
Search, interview, hire and supervise new guides.
Contact local providers, negotiate prices and book activities with them.
Conduct market and sales research.
Handle LinkedIn lead generation.
