Website Copywriter

We're seeking a talented Copywriter & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic, collaborative remote team and create compelling content while managing social media presence for both us and our clients!

RESPONSIBILITIES

CRAFT ENGAGING COPY:
- Develop website content, articles, newsletters, emails, pitches, and documents.
- Repurpose existing content for different platforms and formats.

MANAGE SOCIAL MEDIA:
- Develop and manage content calendars for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
- Schedule and publish engaging content using relevant tools.
- Monitor performance, analyse data from platform analytics and social listening tools, and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Grow brand awareness and community engagement through creative content and effective management.

BOOST SEO AND ONLINE PRESENCE:
- Strategically post content on relevant platforms to improve website ranking.
- Maintain and update business listings (Google Business, Yelp) with engaging content.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research on assigned topics.
- Assist with content management and asset libraries.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table through data analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in copywriting and social media management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Experience with scheduling tools and social listening platforms
- Solid understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience with content measurement and analysis using social media analytics and Google Analytics.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to deadlines.
