SuperpowersHQ is hiring! Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving organizational excellence? Do you have experience implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and helping businesses achieve their goals? We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented individual with EOS integrator/implementer experience for an Account Manager role. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and nurturing client relationships and will work closely with our clients for them to receive exceptional service and achieve their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Develop and execute tailored solutions that align with client goals and drive results.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues or concerns.
- Monitor client satisfaction, track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance and value-added services to clients.
- Provide support to the leadership team on other company projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years related work experience as Account Manager
- Proven track record of success in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience working with the strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
