JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently in need of Technical Support Reps. who can work full time with us on Pacific Standard Time & Eastern Standard Time


The candidate/s must have the following skills:

Excellent English skills

4 years minimum Level 2/Tier 2 Tech Support Experience

Office 365 suite ( Exchange, Sharepoint, Onedrive, and Teams).

Active Directory

VOIP systems ( teams, Nextiva and )

Businesses printers and scanners.

Operating system troubleshooting.

Bridge Mode

Network Troubleshooting

Ip Address

Remote Access

Vpn

Router Configuration

CCNA Certificate is a PLUS
