Job Overview:
We're looking for a talented Paid Search Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for optimizing our clients' paid search accounts to maximize efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in paid search, including a strong background in auditing campaigns, refining ad text, conducting competitor research, and identifying negative keyword opportunities. This role also requires a keen understanding of local search dynamics, along with skills in reporting, data mining, and conducting live search tests.

Key Responsibilities:

Auditing Paid Search Accounts: Perform detailed audits of paid search accounts to uncover areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
Ad Text Review: Evaluate and optimize ad text for maximum effectiveness in reaching target audiences.
Competitor Research: Engage in comprehensive competitor research to inform strategy and stay ahead of market trends.
Negative Keyword Opportunities: Identify and implement negative keyword strategies to fine-tune campaign targeting and reduce unnecessary expenditure.
Local Search Expertise: Apply knowledge of local search trends and tactics to enhance campaign relevance and performance.
Reporting and Data Mining: Create insightful reports, employing data mining techniques to analyze and interpret campaign data.
Live Search Testing: Execute live search tests to assess and optimize the real-time performance of search strategies.
Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the team to develop and refine paid search strategies.
Industry Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the realm of paid search marketing.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
In-depth understanding of local search strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
