We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented VA to lead our full-cycle bookkeeping, sales reporting, and financial analysis using Zoho Books. If you're experienced in retail bookkeeping and confident in managing end-to-end finance processes — we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Daily bank transactions, invoice & payment tracking
Manage Sales Order > PO > Invoice workflow
Maintain delivery logs, BOLs, showroom items
Reconcile accounts, generate P&L, BS, and Cash Flow
Lead weekly/monthly sales and commission reports
Present financials to leadership
Requirements:
3+ years in bookkeeping/accounting
Zoho Books proficiency (reporting, reconciliation, invoicing)
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Strong with financial analysis, sales reporting, and independence
Zoho CRM, logistics, or tax reporting experience a plus
