**Job Description:**
We are looking for an Amazon Catalog Content Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines. This role focuses on updating and maintaining the Amazon catalog, managing the account health of our Amazon seller central accounts, and much more. The position requires a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and determined approach, especially when dealing with the complexities of Amazon's Seller Support.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Update and maintain Amazon catalog listings, working with seller support to push through updates in necessary.
- Utilize Seller Central, Brand Registry, and Vendor Central for listing updates.
- Resolve complex listing issues, maintaining consistent follow-up with Amazon support services.
- Ensure listing accuracy, compliance, and optimization for enhanced visibility and performance.
- Persistently interact with Amazon's support teams to ensure necessary updates and overcome challenges Seller Support presents.
-Be proactive in forcing Amazon seller support to complete what we need to be completed.


**Qualifications:**
- Must be proactive, taking issues head on and working on them until completion and not taking no for an answer.
- Proven experience in managing Amazon listings in a high-velocity environment.
- Proven experience handling Amazon flat files to update listings.
- Proven experience handling and fixing Amazon account health issues.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Brand Registry, and Vendor Central.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and perseverance in handling support challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and quickly.
- Familiarity with Amazon's policies and e-commerce best practices.

**Work Space Requirements**
- Must have 100Mbs or faster internet access
- Must have a backup internet service if your primary service goes down.
- Must have a dedicated work laptop or desktop (Windows 10 or newer)
- Must be able to install TimeDoctor for time-tracking
- Must have a cellphone with an active phone plan for emergencies to contact your manager.
- Must install Slack on your phone to allow for messaging if you have an emergency, such as an internet or power outage.
