QA Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute test plans and test cases to identify software issues and ensure quality product releases.
Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
Conduct manual and automated tests to ensure the software’s functionality, usability, and performance.
Document and report defects, including steps to reproduce and potential impacts on users.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
Monitor and track product quality through metrics, KPIs, and user feedback to recommend improvements.
Assist with the development and maintenance of QA documentation and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, including experience with manual and automated testing tools.
Proficiency in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with a team.
Comfortable working remotely and proficient in using virtual communication tools.
