SEO Manager

We’re a beauty company looking for a highly skilled, highly motivated SEO Marketing genius to join our team and become a part of something truly game-changing. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team setting.

Responsibilities:
 The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving results in both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, with a demonstrated ability to rank websites on the first page of search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Optimise website content (titles, meta descriptions, headers, body copy) to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimisation.
- Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building and local citation management.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website updates and new content.
- Perform technical SEO audits, diagnose potential issues, and implement solutions.
- Develop effective link-building strategies to increase website authority.
- Monitor and analyse search rankings, website traffic, and key metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong portfolio of past client results.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimisation techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, and core SEO principles.
- Excellent analytical skills, project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written, communication (English) and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SEO optimisation and ranking websites
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Certification in SEO or related fields is a plus.
