Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are a start up flooring company specializing in LVT, hardwood, laminate, and tile flooring. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media marketing and wants to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative industry.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our presence on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and other social marketing platforms.

- Create and schedule engaging and compelling daily updates, posts, photos, videos, prices, and other advertising content.

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maximize our online presence and reach.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with our brand and business goals.

- Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and optimize future content.


Requirements:

- Previous experience in social media marketing or related field is preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
