The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for blending audio and video footage from recorded podcasts and other video content. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for taking pieces of the video content and creating short form reels and stories from the content. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for adding subtitles, any necessary visual effects and transitions to keep content up to date and engaging to audience. The perfect candidate is proficient in editing and has interests in current trends in social media platforms.
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for following detailed instructions in order to retrieve data from websites and input the data into Google Sheets. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for uploading new client data into our CRM. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for aiding in design of real estate marketing materials and real estate touch campaigns.
The Virtual Assistant will periodically be asked to help with personal tasks such as researching local attractions and planning family and personal events.
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for proofreading, editing and in some cases writing e-books, blog entries, and answering questions of podcast listeners. The candidate must be proficient in both written and spoken English.
The Virtual Assistant must be have fast and reliable internet access. The Virtual Assistant will routinely collaborate with the podcast hosts to create engaging content and stay on top of the current social media trends. The Virtual Assistant must be proficient in Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook.
The preferred candidate is a self-starter and will take initiative if they see a hole or opportunity that is being missed by the owner. The candidate will be treated as part of a team and is expected to contribute new ideas to the company.
