• Provide professional and high-level customer support via
• Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to the SETC tax credit program.
• Guide clients through the process of utilizing our services, ensuring they maximize their tax credits.
• Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage and track customer interactions and support tickets.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the SETC program updates to provide accurate information to clients.
• Resolve client issues efficiently, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and support cases.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures.
• Ensure a strong and stable internet connection to facilitate smooth communication with clients and tea
Qualifications:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a high level of professionalism.
• Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is required.
• Familiarity with financial services is a plus.
• Proficiency in using GoHighLevel CRM or similar customer relationship management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Reliable and consistent high-speed internet connection.
