Lead Designer for leading Email Marketing agency

Vex Media Group, the leading retention marketing agency in the past 4 years, is looking for a full-time Lead Graphic Designer to join our email design team.

Responsibilities:

Create design concepts for new clients
Create clients' email designs in Figma from concept to final hand-off
Create email popup designs in Figma/Klaviyo
Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to reach client KPIs
Organize Creative brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
Supervise all design production/ implementation stages
Help onboard new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to Design team

Qualifications:

Up-to-date knowledge of Figma
Creative and artistic flair
Advanced English language, both verbal and written
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Creative thinking, problem-solving, passion, and attention to details
Previous agency experience is a huge bonus
Understanding Klaviyo is a huge bonus
