We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our Amazon FBA team. As a VA, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our business operations, primarily focusing on data management, PPC optimization, inventory management, P/L insights, listing optimization/suggestions, and general scheduling and task prioritization. This position offers part-time opportunities with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize data related to Amazon FBA business operations.
- Optimize PPC campaigns to improve sales and profitability.
- Assist in inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Analyze Profit and Loss statements to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Implement listing optimization strategies to enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
- Assist in scheduling tasks and prioritizing activities to meet business objectives efficiently.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Amazon FBA or e-commerce operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets, Slack, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Ability to adapt and learn new tools and platforms quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Bonus points if familiar with tools like Helium10, Shopkeeper.
