Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in converting incoming leads from various campaigns into signed clients. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, Microsoft Teams, and other communication channels. This is a remote position based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Our intake team will filter out incoming leads from various campaigns and sources and book appointments for you. You will have a steady flow of pre-qualified consultations booked, ready to be closed. Our average retainer is $5,000. There is an opportunity to close about 60 cases monthly - depends on you. Our client funnel is strong. You don't need to do cold calling, only clients ready to sign.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, Microsoft Teams, and other communication channels.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' legal requirements.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits and advantages of our firm's services.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure signed agreements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in the legal/litigation field is a plus but not required.
