Real Estate ISA Caller

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling within the real estate industry, specifically with Realtors.This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to generate leads and identify potential clients within the real estate market.
Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to determine their needs and motivations.
Build rapport with Realtors and other industry professionals to establish long-term relationships.
Set appointments for our real estate agents with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead information using our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve team goals.
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
Previous experience in cold calling within the real estate industry, specifically with Realtors.
Proven track record of success in generating leads and setting appointments.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.

Working Hours:
PH Graveyard Shift (8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/week)

Compensation:
Training: $3hr USD
Client Campaigns: $4hr USD and up
