Virtual SEO Specialist (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team, starting on a part-time basis and transitioning to full-time within several weeks/months, depending on performance. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about leveraging SEO to drive business results. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our SEO strategy to increase organic search traffic, improve SERP rankings, and enhance overall digital presence.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with our business goals.
- Optimize website content for SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using GSC, SEMrush, or similar tools, and report on insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing strategies to ensure our website remains competitive.
- Oversee/manage backlinks (you will not be required to build backlinks, but instead work with our backlink service providers to manage, track, and oversee monthly backlink purchases).


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
- Expertise in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., GSC, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is not required but is considered a plus.
