The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the office manager and other staff members. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Go Highlevel CRMs, some recruiting experience, and be able to make professional calls and speak English well. The candidate should also be proficient in Excel and be a hard worker who is eager to advance their career.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office manager and other staff members, including:
Calling jobseekers to schedule interviews
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Assisting with Lead Generation
Preparing reports and presentations
Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Recruit and hire new employees
Onboard new employees
Train new employees on company policies and procedures
Manage employee records
Provide customer service to clients and customers
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
2 - 5 years of experience working in an administrative role
Experience working in Go Highlevel CRMs
Some recruiting experience
Ability to make professional calls and speak English well
Proficient in Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desire to advance in their career
