GENERAL ADMIN ROCKSTARVA to perform a variety of tasks (administrative, property management and marketing) to support the owner of the company to grow their business. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, exercise independent judgment, plan, prioritize, and organize workload. The Candidates must be self-motivated, honest, trustworthy, dedicated and determined with good comprehension skills.
Qualifications:
At Least 5 years experience working as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Background/ Experience working in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Background/ Experience in Basic Marketing, Content Creating and Social Media Management
Background/ Experience in SHORT and LONG TERM RENTALS, AIRBNB
Proficient and has high attention to details
Produce work with a high level of accuracy
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Fast Learner and can work with minimal supervision
Resourceful
Proactive
Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Oversee day to day operations and make sure deadlines are met

Inbound and Outbound calls
Other personal related tasks requested by the client.
Property Management
Manage inbox, reply queries.
Client/ Tenant communications
End-to-end management and transaction of data
Vendors/ Third Party Providers communications
Coordinate Property Maintenance
Personal Errands
Paying of utility bills
Research/ shop mortgage insurances
Social Media
Content Creating
Video and Photo editing
Posting to Social Media accounts,
Creating Flyers
Posting Listings
