Remote Customer Success and Sales Specialist

This would be a full time position with incentives based on the sales you help create and churn you prevent.

Your job would be to operate the live chat system on our sales and live event pages to help customers with pre sale
questions and any problems they may have checking out. You would also assist with technical or account issues in your
spare time.

Our mission is to break the business education model and give people an straightforward way to start their selling journey with no fluff.

If your interested you would start by helping people with questions in our live chat and assisting them with billing
issues and answering questions about the program.

This is NOT some outsourced job. This is NOT some entry level temp job. This is a career with us and the ability to be grow with us.

We need you to
-Love helping people and a bubbly warm person whose excited about helping people improve their lives
-Be able to learn fast and think on your feet
-Be able to deliver results without being managed our watched.

We would prefer if you
-Have previous experience in assisting in pre sale questions for an online business
-Have experience with intercom and live chat systems
-Understand billing processing and billing issues (such as deal with card issues etc)
-Have worked in the education space before
-Have experience selling or answering pre sale questions


Also any previous experience with Slack, assisting with bill and Intercom would be excellent, but is by no means
required. Please let us know of any previous experience you've had with customer service or any other job that you feel
