We are looking for someone who can handle procurement - source products we need for food service, whether ingredients, packaging, or items for us to brand and represent the company.

They typically have a background in purchasing, adhering to specs, and can do cost analysis. It requires communication with potential vendors, a sense of urgency and strong follow through, and a lot of repetitive tasks to complete various sourcing projects. The position sources products, coordinates samples, and can handle cost analysis concerns and possibly even negotiation to get us the best price.
