Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Utilize
* Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively communicate value propositions.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
* Meet monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Must-Have Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in a remote setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different industries, customer segments, and sales approaches (B2B and B2C).
* Proficiency in CRM software such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
Nice-To-Have Requirements:
* Experience across multiple industries such as solar, real estate, construction, healthcare, and more, in both B2B and B2C environments is an edge.
* Familiarity with end-to-end sales processes, including lead qualification, follow-up, and closing techniques.
