About Us:
We are a dynamic and experienced high-ticket Shopify store. We're looking for a superstar order fulfillment & order customer service manager to join our team.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH SHOPIFY ORDER FULFILMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE

EXTREME PREFERENCE CONSIDERATION IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED AT A HIGH TICKET AUTHORIZED RETAILER SPECIFICALLY.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Store each order in it's Google Drive for bookkeeping purposes
- Collaborate with suppliers quotes and invoices
- Review orders as they come in. Make sure there is no high-risk/fraud
- Check stock levels/inventory for each order to make sure its available
- Call customers who placed orders to authorize orders
- Work closely with the suppliers and distributors to obtain quotes to place orders.
- Organizes and Updates the P&L Sheet for Every Order
- Update customers on their orders if there is a delay
- Customer service on order inquiries (Where is my order, etc.)
- Answer customer support emails
- Answer customer support phone calls

Qualifications:
- Previous Customer Support & Order Support
- Knowledge of Order Fulfilment with Suppliers and Quotes
- Previous experience with a high-ticket Shopify or other e-commerce store is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly.
- Proficiency in data entry and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle large volumes of data.
- Basic knowledge of Excel for data organization (bonus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Order Fulfilment with Suppliers and Quotes

You can only be considered for this application if you send previous Shopify Order Fulfilment & Customer Service experience. Those without experience in the field of Shopify Order Fulfilment & Customer Service experience will not be considered.

EXTREME consideration goes to those who have worked with a high-ticket online retailer Shopify store as an Order Fulfilment & Customer Service manager experience in the past. If you fall in this category, PLEASE include previous stores for maximum consideration

Hours & Salary:

Performance Bonus, Promotions, and Holiday Bonuses
Hours: 9AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)
