Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Online Customer Relationship and Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for spirituality, new age topics, and helping others navigate the complexities of love and relationships. The specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our customers, providing them with advice and support on a variety of topics under the spirituality and new age umbrella, starting with love and relationships and gradually expanding into manifestation and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through email and other online platforms, offering advice and support on love, relationships, and other spirituality-related topics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing personalized and compassionate support.
- Engage in continuous learning about spirituality, new age topics, and relationship advice to ensure the advice provided is insightful, helpful, and up to date.
- Manage customer inquiries, respond to their needs promptly, and follow through on commitments made.
Collaborate with the team to identify ways to improve the support experience and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively, write compellingly, and use English lingo naturally.
- A genuine passion for helping others, particularly in the areas of love and relationships, with a positive and personable communication style.
- Knowledge of or a strong interest in spirituality, new age topics, manifestation, and related fields.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Open to continuous learning and development within the role.
