Cold Caller and Social Media Manager – Fitness Industry

We're searching for a driven and personable individual to take on the combined role of Cold Caller and Social Media Manager. Part-time to start.

Responsibilities:

* Cold Calling:
* Contact warm leads (people who've expressed interest via our website) to book appointments.
* Generate new leads and promote our fitness offerings.
* Maintain detailed records of interactions within our CRM system.
* Social Media Management:
* Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to boost our brand presence.
* Create engaging content (images, videos, posts, etc.) that aligns with our fitness philosophy.
* Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a vibrant online community.

Requirements:

* A love for fitness!
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're a people person!
* Positive, energetic, and persuasive personality.
* Experience in sales calls and/or social media management is REQUIRED.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
* Available to work from 11 AM CST – 4 PM CST.

Work Allocation:

* Sales calls: 10+ hours per week
* Social media management: 10 hours per week
