Phone operator and Customer Service Agent

We are US based Junk Removal company looking for a full-time, homebase customer support agent to work with our customer support and sales department.

Your daily responsibilities would include;
-Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks
-take inbound, sales calls, customer requests, and or complaints and make outbound calls
-Respond to customers' questions via phone email live chat, Facebook messenger or Upgrade to see actual info
-provide service quotes and make sure to follow up with leads
-Book, new jobs, reschedule and or update job service jobs in our booking calendar system
-Identify customers needs, clarifying information, research every issue, and provide solutions and or alternatives

This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills. Work hours are seven days a week 7 AM to 8 PM central standard time. We will dUpgrade to see actual info and schedule after your interview.Please English speaking only (American).

$4.50 to start with ability to earn more plus potential bonuses
If accepted, you will be provided with training to help respond to customer Cory’s via phone, call, email, live chat, Facebook, messenger and EMS
