We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant with us, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our operations, including bookkeeping, graphic design, and social media content creation and marketing, with a focus on the medical aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Bookkeeping: Handle financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciling accounts. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist in preparing financial reports.
* Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Utilize design software to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity.
* Social Media Content & Marketing: Develop engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Monitor social media channels, and analyze performance metrics.
* Medical Aesthetics Support: Possess or develop a solid understanding of medical aesthetics terminology, procedures, and industry trends. Assist in creating content tailored to our target audience within the medical aesthetics field.
