Real Estate Cold Caller

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct cold calls to potential clients within designated territories or markets
* Introduce our services and value proposition to prospects
* Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
* Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in our CRM system
* Stay updated on market trends and industry developments
* Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to achieve sales targets and objectives

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience in real estate cold calling
* Proven track record of success in a sales role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Proficiency in CRM software
