Role: Operations Virtual Assistant
Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor (160 hours monthly)
Business Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday-Friday
Rate: $900 - $1,000 monthly (Salary is negotiable based on experience)
Availability to Start: January 8, 2024

What you'll do

This company is searching for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Virtual Assistant to provide indispensable support across various operational facets of the organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aiding coordinators to ensure the seamless execution of membership activities, chapter events, Inner Circles programs, and virtual events. As the Operations Virtual Assistant, you will be a crucial teaUpgrade to see actual infomber ensuring the efficiency of the organization's operational processes.

Responsibilities include:

Membership Coordinator Support:
- Assist the Membership Coordinator in managing the member database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date member information.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for members on Upgrade to see actual info, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Support the onboarding process for new program participants, ensuring a smooth organizational transition.
- Assist in managing communications with event attendees to enhance the overall member experience and promote retention.
- Inner Circles Program Coordinator Support:
- Collaborate with the Inner Circles Program Coordinator to ensure a positive membership experience, including member follow-up and fee collection.
- Assist in setting up events and calendars related to the Inner Circles program.

Virtual Events Coordinator Support:
- Collaborate with the Virtual Events Coordinator to set up events on the website and Google Calendar, ensuring accurate and timely information.

Ops Department Reporting:
- Evaluate operational data, including KPIs, efficiency metrics, and project performance.
- Identify trends, areas of improvement, and successes based on data analysis.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.

What you should have

- Experience in Account Management, nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and driving account growth.
- Experience with Coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Upgrade to see actual info).
- Background in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Familiarity with Squarespace for website editing.
- Proficiency in using Google Calendar for event coordination.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Passion for and commitment to the goals and values of the non-profit sector.
