In addition to our mobile massage services, we also specialize in wellness travel retreats that provide rejuvenating experiences in serene locations.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team remotely. The primary responsibility of this role is to prospect and generate leads for our chair massage services and wellness travel retreats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in identifying and engaging potential clients and customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of StressKnotNYC's business offerings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential business clients and customers interested in chair massage services and wellness travel retreats.
Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, social media prospecting, and networking, to initiate contact with prospects.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking all interactions and communications in a CRM system.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them about StressKnotNYC's services, and qualify them as potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies to attract and convert leads.
Follow up with leads through multiple communication channels to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay informed about potential leads.
Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development roles, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, or service industries.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other lead generation software.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to prospecting and closing deals.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in a virtual environment.
Availability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate different time zones and schedules.
