JOB OVERVIEW

As a Upgrade to see actual infomunity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our online presence and fostering active engagement within our social media groups. You will be responsible for identifying and adding specific friends from relevant groups, initiating conversations with them, and inviting them to join our community. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in >Facebook community management to enhance the growth and retention of group members.

Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with individuals from targeted Facebook groups who align with our community's interests and values.
Initiate genuine and engaging conversations to build rapport and establish connections with potential members.
Strategically invite individuals to join our community group, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of membership.
Monitor and moderate discussions within the group to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
Develop and implement strategies to increase group membership and drive engagement.
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of community-building efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in >Facebook community management, with a strong understanding of platform dynamics and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to grow and nurture online communities, with a track record of increasing member engagement and retention.
