Position Summary:

Join our marketing team, to optimize our email campaigns, increase customer engagement, and drive conversions through targeted communication strategies and to streamline administrative tasks and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities for Email Marketing Specialist and General Admin at OE HOME:

- Email Marketing Specialist:

Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations for improved results.
Segment and target email lists to deliver personalized content and promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to implement innovative email marketing techniques.

- General Admin:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including follow-up customers' emails and phone calls.
Organize your to-do list.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Coordinate with various departments to support smooth workflow and communication.
Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Email Marketing Specialist:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven experience in email marketing campaign management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies.
Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

General Admin:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.


You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

1. What is something that can prevent you from getting a task done?
2. Are you able to work 10 hours Manila from Monday to Friday? Break time is excluded
3. Do you have other commitments like school or other work?
4. Are you willing to train by yourself in our process for 1 week with no pay?

Note: This is a full-time, long-term position. Please apply only if you are fully committed to joining our company to avoid wasting both your time and ours. Additionally, there is a potential increase to 18k after 3 months.
