Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Content Editor/Creator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence and engaging with our community across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a deep understanding of wellness principles and a flair for creating compelling content.

Responsibilities:

Develop and curate engaging content for Formation Energetix's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, podcast platforms and YouTube.
Create original content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that align with our brand's mission, values, and aesthetic.
Edit and optimize content to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Collaborate with our team to brainstorm creative concepts, themes, and campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, fostering meaningful interactions and relationships with our community.
Stay informed about wellness trends, practices, and events, and incorporate them into our content strategy to provide value and relevance to our audience.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, identify trends, and generate insights to inform future content strategies and optimizations.

Qualifications:

Marketing, content creation, wellness and spirituality, communication or a related field.
Proven experience as a social media content creator/editor, preferably in the wellness or holistic health industry.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a passion for communicating wellness concepts and practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and others that you prefer working with.
Excellent visual design skills and experience creating original graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
A deep understanding of wellness principles, holistic health practices, and spiritual growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and engage with our community.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
