Video Editor - Full time - High Salary and Equity opportunity

The Company:

We are a startup at its first stage. We are an e-commerce company, our market is the United States and we are in the hearing loss niche, currently building the infrastructure to launch the business.

The founder already owns another business making around 4M USD per year in Italy, but we are going to take it to the next level with this new brand.

We will hit 9 figures (100M USD+) per year by April 2027, and we are going to hit such rapid growth thanks to having an amazing product, cutting edge direct response marketing and an amazing team of growth-oriented A-players that want to become extremely wealthy with me.


The Job:

The job will consist in editing our VSLs and anything video editing related in our company, but mainly VSLs, as this is going to be our focus.

We are firm believers of the “hire the manager first” rule, this means that for this particular hire we are looking for someone that will not only do the video editing, but that will, with time as we grow, also lead the whole video editing team.

We do not require you to have had experience editing VSLs, however it is a bonus and it will help when dUpgrade to see actual info who to hire.

Working Hours:

You will be working around 40/50 hours per week especially since we are in the first stage, working hours are going to be very flexible, and also the working days. We will setup a schedule that suits both well as soon as you get hired.


Salary:

The Salary will be high, above market average. And if you continuously grow, as the company grows as well and you’ll be in charge of the video editing team, the salary will be raised and there will be(aside from a salary increase) also an opportunity for equity in the company as well.
