JOB OVERVIEW

I own a property management company and I am looking for an assistant who can help me with various tasks such as filling out online forms, sending emails, and responding to online messages.

I also need help finding potential properties for my real estate company to purchase, and running simple calculations on them. I will occasionally need help coordinating a product or service that meets the needs of my business (for example, finding an efficient washing machine for a rental unit, or finding and scheduling a reliable plumber in my area).

I will need help planning my day, setting up appointments, making calls, etc (I work full time and have a tight schedule).

Proficiency in English and the ability to speak on the phone is a requirement.

Some skills in mathematics and experience in the real estate or tech industries are preferred but not required.

I don’t set strict hours, so you will be able to work on your own time for the most part, as long as tasks are completed in a timely manner.

The job will most likely start as part time so I can see how well you meet my needs. I will increase pay, and will transition you to a full time employee once I am confident in your abilities.
