Department: Marketing / IT

Reports To: Marketing Director / Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary:
The GoHighLevel Automation Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing automation solutions within the GoHighLevel platform to enhance marketing, sales, and customer service efficiency. This individual will leverage GoHighLevel’s suite of tools to create automated workflows, campaigns, and processes that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement automated marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel’s platform, including email sequences, SMS messaging, funnels, and social media integration.
Develop and optimize lead generation and nurturing processes to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.
Manage and integrate CRM solutions within GoHighLevel to ensure seamless tracking and management of customer interactions and data.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align automation strategies with business goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of automation campaigns and workflows, making data-driven decisions to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, ensuring smooth and continuous operation of marketing and sales processes.
Stay current with the latest GoHighLevel features and updates, implementing new tools and functionalities to enhance automation capabilities.
Provide training and support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on using GoHighLevel automation tools and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform and a strong understanding of its automation capabilities.
Experience in digital marketing, CRM, and sales process automation.
Ability to design and implement effective automation strategies that align with business goals.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Technical proficiency in related tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
