This individual will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional templates across various niches, including forms for small businesses, travel guides, Airbnb management templates, and more.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct thorough research on and off Etsy to identify trending design styles and market demands.
2. Generate unique and compelling ideas to elevate our templates and ensure they stand out in the market.
3. Design a diverse range of templates while maintaining consistency and quality across different styles and purposes.
4. Utilize Canva to its full potential, surpassing default templates with outstanding designs.
5. Create captivating mockups of templates for marketing purposes.
6. Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics in all designs.
7. Remain self-motivated and committed to meeting project deadlines efficiently.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing Canva designs and mockups.
2. Proficiency in Canva with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
3. Strong creative thinking and the ability to innovate within design constraints.
4. Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate and take direction.
5. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
